Applications needing a fast drying, water reducible topcoat with a wide color range and glossy appearance. 

Color/Shade code: Black/19990 (other colors available) 

Finish: High gloss, glossy, semi-gloss, semi-flat or flat 

Volume solids: 35% ± 1 

Theoretical spreading rate: 375 ft²/US gallon [9.2 m²/liter] – 1.5 mils [38 microns] 

Specific gravity: 10.0 lbs/US gallon [1.2 kg/liter]

Touch dry: 15 – 20 minutes, 68°F/20°C

Through dry: 30 minutes, 68°F/20°C 

VOC content: < 50 g/liter [< 0.4 lbs/US gallon]

 The physical constants stated are nominal data according to the Hempel Group's approved formulas. VOC may be dependent on color. 

Application method: Airless spray / Air spray 

Thinner (max. vol.): Not required, apply as packaged. May be reduced up to 5% with deionized water.

Nozzle orifice: 0.011" – 0.015", airless 

Nozzle pressure: 2,500 psi [172 bar] (Airless spray data are indicative and subject to adjustment) 

Cleaning of tools: Soap and water. If product has dried, add 1 part butyl cellosolve to 5 parts water. 

Indicated film thickness, dry: 1 – 2 mils [25 – 50 microns] 

Indicated film thickness, wet: 2.75 – 5.9 mils [70 – 150 microns] 

Overcoat interval, min: 1 hour, 68°F/20°C
